Her work blends leadership psychology, adult development, and the Capacity-Based Leadership™ Framework to help teams build trust, clarity, and belonging. Rachel partners with organizations nationwide to advance equity-centered leadership, improve team dynamics, and strengthen community engagement. Based in Minneapolis.
