Participants will learn comprehensive approach to understanding the dynamics that cause and maintain poverty, from the individual to the systemic level. This training will provide concrete tools and strategies for a community to prevent, reduce, and alleviate poverty. It also will assist community organizations, social service agencies, employers, and individuals in gaining insight and strategies to ultimately create stability for all.
Rachel Thiemann is the founder of Lead Like It Matters™, a human-centered leadership approach that strengthens communication, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership practices.
